Guest Lecture National Road Safety

As National Road Safety week is being celebrated from 11 Jan to 17 Jan 2015, in relation to it Road safety seminar was being conducted by the college dated 15th Jan 2015 in which Traffic Awareness Organisation members Retd Wing commander Sh. J.S. Khokhar, Sh. Gursharan singh and Sh. Parminder Chhabra gave knowledge to the students about traffic and road safety rules

Guest lecture on 'Management of Change'

Sr. Preet Mohinder Singh, Principal, Staff Training Institute (Agriculture Development Bank) delivered guest lecture on 'Management of Change' on 28th September 2010. He discussed with the students that change is the law of nature and everyday we have to adapt ourselves to the changing environment. He shared his views on the various aspects of change management like shifting/transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state. He also elaborated on various techniques of managing change in our everyday lives. The lecture ended with a fruitful discussion by the students on the various points discussed in the lecture.


Guest lecture organized by the Mohali Traffic Police

A lecture was organized by the Mohali Traffic Police on Road Safety on 3rd October 2011. The DSP Mohali Traffic Police presided over the lecture. The students were educated about the various traffic rules they should follow while driving. The various precautions they should take like wearing helmets, wearing seat belts, using dipper lights at low beam. The students were told that they should co-operate with the traffic police personnel for their safety. The students learned many new things about road safety.
